An Outbox button has been added to the home screen to give you quick access to requests that haven’t been fully submitted to SAP. The Outbox provides an overview of all pending items and displays error messages explaining why each request failed, helping you identify what needs to be corrected before resubmitting.
Your classification data helps describe technical objects (such as equipment or functional locations) using a set of predefined characteristics grouped under a class. This data is now easily accessible in the Details screen of each technical object within the FastWork app, making it easier to view key specifications like power, pressure, manufacturer, or installation year directly on your device.
New filter options are available in the technical object Timeline overview, allowing you to include or exclude substructure and attachments, and sort by specific order types.
With the new role concept in the app, customers can now assign role-based user menus to control what each user can view and do, making it easier to tailor and streamline the user experience.
Assign or reassign work at the individual user level directly from each operation form. Assignment details are shown in the app, and fields can be set as optional or mandatory for flexible task management.
Wildcard search by the use of * or ? is possible when searching for components. The * is used when you know only some of the name. The ? is used for each of the missing characters. The wildcard search works on both letters and numbers.
On the “add time screen” there will be button “calculate”. This button calculates actual work, when you change the “Start date” and "End date”. This means that you dont have to calculate your own time used.
It is now possible to se your work center or work centers under your settings screen.
This means that you can filter your “my work” section based on your chosen work center, without having to set the work center in all three lists individually.
