Notifications and work orders
Assign or reassign work to a user.
Assign or reassign work at the user level directly from operation forms. Fields can be set as optional or mandatory depending on your configuration.
Assignment fields are available across notifications, orders, and operations. Here is where each field appears:
- Create or edit a notification: Reported By field (allows free text entry).
- Convert to order: Assignee and Operation Assignee.
- Edit order: Assignee.
- Create or edit an operation: Operation Assignee.
