The SAP integration engine behind every FastApp.
FastCloud connects Arkyn's FastApps to SAP PM/CS in real time. Built natively on SAP BTP, with synchronization, offline support, and pre-built process coverage so you go live in weeks, not months.
Maintenance teams trust Arkyn's FastApps.

SAP integration shouldn't be the bottleneck.
Your SAP system holds years of maintenance history, complex asset structures, and critical master data. But getting that data into the hands of field technicians has traditionally meant choosing between slow SAP standard interfaces or third-party middleware that sits outside your governance model. Custom integrations take months to build, break when SAP upgrades, and create a support burden your IT team never signed up for.
How FastCloud works.
Install the SAP Cloud Connector on-premise. A standard, secure connection between your SAP system and FastCloud on SAP BTP. No direct inbound connections to your on-premise landscape required.
Map your SAP PM/CS configuration to FastCloud. Pre-built process coverage means you start with standard integration patterns, not a blank slate.
Deploy the FastApps to your teams. Data flows between SAP and your users in real time from day one.

Why it's time to make the change.
With FastCloud.
Data flows between SAP and the field live.
Go live in 2–6 weeks with pre-built SAP PM/CS coverage.
No SAP core modifications. No upgrade risk.
Authentication and authorization stay in SAP.
Works with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and hybrid landscapes.
Without FastCloud.
Manual sync, batch updates, or lost data.
Months of custom middleware development.
Custom builds break during SAP upgrades.
Separate duplicated credentials and governance gaps.
Rebuilding integrations every time the backend changes.

Data reaches SAP as work happens.
FastCloud uses an event-based architecture to keep SAP and Arkyn's FastApps in sync. Changes in the field reach SAP in seconds. Changes in SAP reach your team just as fast. No polling, no batch jobs, and minimal load on your SAP system.
When connectivity drops, technicians keep working. FastCloud queues changes and synchronizes them to SAP automatically when the connection returns. No lost entries. No manual sync.
Standard integration patterns for SAP PM and CS processes, covering both ECC and S/4HANA. You configure, not build. No SAP core modifications. That is why go-lives take weeks instead of months.
Built for fast and secure SAP integration.
FastCloud connects Arkyn's FastApps to your SAP PM/CS system without touching your SAP core.

Inside your SAP landscape, not beside it.
FastCloud runs natively on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry, using BTP Event Mesh, Connectivity Service, SAP Cloud Identity Services, and Authorization and Trust Management. Not a bolt-on connector or a separate cloud. The same infrastructure your enterprise already trusts, governs, and secures.
Authentication flows through SAP Cloud Identity Services and your corporate identity provider. Principal Propagation ensures your existing SAP authorization model remains the single source of truth. No separate user stores or credentials to manage. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
FastCloud supports multi-cloud and multi-region deployments as per SAP BTP standard. Arkyn handles operations, updates, and monitoring as part of your subscription. Your IT team focuses on SAP, not middleware.
FastCloud frequently asked questions.
FastCloud is Arkyn's SAP integration engine. Built natively on SAP Business Technology Platform, it handles all data translation and synchronization between SAP PM/CS and Arkyn's FastApps, including FastWork, FastPlan, FastForms, FastNotifications, and FastExternals.
No. FastCloud connects through the standard SAP Cloud Connector. Arkyn's backend components are delivered in a separate Arkyn namespace, isolated from your SAP core. No custom ABAP to maintain, no technical debt, and no upgrade risk.
Two installations. The SAP Cloud Connector on-premise to handle the secure connection to FastCloud on SAP BTP, and the SAP NetWeaver Event-Enablement Add-On on your SAP system to support event-driven synchronization. That's what makes the real-time sync possible without polling or batch jobs. Your IT team's involvement is limited to these two installations and the PM/CS configuration mapping.
Yes. FastCloud supports SAP ECC (including ECC 6.0), S/4HANA, and hybrid landscapes. When you are ready to migrate from ECC to S/4HANA, FastCloud migrates with you.
Most deployments go live in 2 to 6 weeks, from signing the contract to having technicians, planners, and subcontractors using the FastApps. FastCloud uses pre-built SAP PM/CS integration patterns, so you configure rather than build from scratch.
FastCloud supports offline-first mobile apps. Data is queued locally and synchronized to SAP automatically when connectivity returns. No entries are lost.
FastCloud is a fully managed cloud platform. Arkyn handles operations, updates, and monitoring as part of your subscription.
Authentication flows through SAP Cloud Identity Services and your corporate identity provider. Principal Propagation ensures your existing SAP authorization model stays in control. Communication between SAP BTP and your on-premise systems runs exclusively through the SAP Cloud Connector, with no direct inbound connections to your on-premise landscape. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
No. Despite the separate sounding name, FastCloud runs natively on SAP Business Technology Platform. It is deployed and managed within SAP BTP, using the same infrastructure your enterprise already governs and secures.
FastCloud uses a transient MongoDB cache layer as a high-performance synchronization buffer between SAP and mobile devices. It is not a secondary data store. Business data flows through it to reach technicians in the field and returns to SAP. No business data is persisted outside SAP longer than operationally necessary.
Yes. FastCloud can expose SAP events to third-party applications like Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
