Michael is Marketing Manager at Arkyn, where he leads positioning, content, and go-to-market for the FastApp Suite, Arkyn's planning, execution, and analytics software for SAP EAM teams.
He writes about the topics maintenance and operations leaders face every day: getting technicians to actually use mobile work order software, the trade-offs between SAP's native mobile stack and purpose-built alternatives, what makes EAM rollouts succeed or stall, and why adoption rates make or break enterprise software ROI.
Before Arkyn, Michael spent two and a half years at Factbird leading content for the manufacturing intelligence platform, working closely with plant managers, operations leaders, and continuous improvement teams at manufacturers across multiple industries. That work shaped how he writes about the distance between vendor demos and what actually happens on a factory floor.
Michael is a kiwi based in Copenhagen and has spent over a decade in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on technical products and the practitioners who use them.
